Spacious property in the south of Attica offers great facilities and comforts for a large group spending vacations in Greece. The villa boasts very convenient location – just 10 minutes by car to the beach and a village with essential amenities. Within 25-minute drive you can reach famous seaside, which has wide choice of shops, restaurants, grill taverns and night life. Moreover, you can to Athens downtown in half an hour and visit famous Acropolis and Plaka.
The villa has four floors offering in total 16 bedrooms. Main level comprises of 8 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, featuring a double bed and a kitchenette with sink, coffeemaker, fridge. Same level has a common bar area and a separate guest WC. Some bedrooms are furnished with extra sofas.
On the first floor, there is a large lounge with sitting room and dining area. Huge kitchen comes with professional equipment (specially made for large parties). Additionally, one more kitchen offers more cooking facilities. Two washing machines are installed to do laundry.
Second floor has 4 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi bathroom each.
Top level comprises of 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (Jacuzzi), a kitchen and a living room. Both have panoramic sea views.
For guests’ s entertainment there are TV’s in every room, satellite channels and wireless internet access provided.
Outdoor terrace is partly covered, which is suitable for outdoor dining or sunbathing. Around large swimming pool there are sunbeds, parasols and sitting area for the guests’ most comfort. Huge pool terrace is perfect for cocktail reception and events.
For our little guests – a covered playground with swings and different toys is arranged.
