A spacious detached villa available for rent, being part of a holiday complex, located on the south-west coast of Attica. Great place for family vacations. Complex stands within walking distance from the sea, with quick access to the beach. Nearest town with good selection of essential facilities, like supermarket, cafes, restaurants are about 5 minutes away by car. When staying, we suggest hiring a car for exploring the area and making trips to Athens.
Villa consists of two levels and accommodates a family of 6.
On its ground floor, there is a spacious living-room with sofas by the fireplace, dining zone and an arch hallway leading to the kitchen, which comes fully equipped for convenient cooking. Large panoramic doors open from the lounge directly onto a shaded furnished terrace – ideal for alfresco breakfast with a view. Same floor has 1 bathroom. For entertainment, there is a TV and wireless internet access available.
Upper level consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedrooms have one double, two single and one single bed plus a baby cot accordingly. Two of the bedrooms overlook Saronic Gulf and the surroundings.
Adjacent to the villa is a private garden of 200 sq. m. with terrace (can be used if you travel with pets). An outdoor parking spot is assigned to the villa.
Besides, there is a children’s playground, basketball court and a swimming pool on shared premises of the complex.
This picturesque location ensures very relaxing and quite holidays for both families and groups. Don’t forget to visit famous Cape of Sounio with Poseidon Temple or simply go to Athens and enjoy the walk through ancient history, get to the world-known Acropolis and many other places.
