Villa ATT111 is a perfect place for family vacations, located in the most prestigious area of Attica, resort of Loutraki famous for its mineral waters. The location of the villa is very convenient: in 150 m away from the beach and in just 5 minutes’ walk from all the amenities – shops, restaurants, taverns, post office and many more. Guests staying at the villa can enjoy the swimming pools of the nearby health resort at 250 m. Besides, there are also many treatments offered based on the unique thermal water.
Villa stands in a lush garden, comprising of two levels and has two entrances. It can accommodate at once up to 14 guests.
The whole living space of the villa features both simplicity and luxury, being very bright and airy, with two fireplaces, creating homey atmosphere. Made of high quality hypoallergenic materials furniture, hand-painted tiles make the villa unique. The villa is available for rent and stay throughout the whole year.
The ground level contains an apartment with separate entrance, which has its own living room with cozy sofas and armchairs, its own kitchen and dining space. In front of the entrance to the guests’ apartment, there is a patio with dining furniture, which is completely sheltered from the neighbours and is very private. It features 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The upper level includes further 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one more large open plan kitchen-living room area with fireplace and a beautiful view of the sea. An open-air veranda adjoins this level and has a large dining table to enjoy meals.
In addition, there is a barbeque area in the garden available at guests’ disposal, necessary accessories provided.
Car is not necessary when staying here, as all you may need is in easy reach. There is a resort with SPA treatments and swimming pool, a wide range of dining and shopping options with supermarkets and small local fruit markets. In few minutes’ walk away, there is a municipal park with springs of natural mineral water. Central beach in the town stretches for 2 km, however the one by the villa is more secluded.
If you would like to visit some ancient archeological sites, you can rent a car and get in an hour to the city of Mycenae or Nafplion. Ancient Epidavros is in 70 km away.
