The villa measures 280 sq. m. comprising of three levels, standing on a large secluded plot of 4800 sq. m. Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Ground floor is used as a warehouse and has no guest access.
Main level is the first floor with a very spacious living room of open plan, with fireplace and cozy couches. The lounge flows into the dining area, suitable for 8 persons. Kitchen comes separately and is fully equipped with modern appliance and crockery for self-cooking. There is also a storage room, separate gym room and 1 master bedroom with private bathroom.
Staircase leads up to the second floor (alternatively, there is an elevator), where there is 1 master-bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and shared full bathroom with Jacuzzi, extra storage room.
With its idyllic sea views, outside spacious garden offers private swimming pool of 40 sq. m. with Jacuzzi and sun loungers, outdoor shower and WC for ultimate comfort. There is also an ample lawn for kids to play, shaded pergola with stone-built barbeque oven, kitchen and dining set. All the guests can gather up here for an alfresco lunch or dinner.
Car hire is recommended when staying here, even though everything you need is in a short drive from the villa - beautiful beaches with water sports, restaurants, Greek taverns, seafood taverns, coffee shops, nightclubs, bars, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, medical services, banks.
Also, within 40 min drive, there is Temple of Poseidon and Temple of Artemis, of course Athens with its world-known ancient heritage and largest zoo in Greece (Attica Zoological Park) with over 2.000 animals from 350 species.
