Villa consists of two levels, equipped with air-conditioning and central heating to ensure comfortable stay. It accommodates maximum 10 guests. The house is decorated in traditional style with is elegantly dark wood furniture, yet modernly equipped with all necessary home appliances.
At guests’ service there is a cozy sitting area by the fireplace to relax on a built-in sofa with cushions, armchairs, watch TV. Right next to it, there is a dining area and a kitchen, which comes with all necessary cooking tools and equipment you may need – fridge, stove, oven, full set of crockery and utensils. Patio doors open to a shaded balcony with another dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast.
Villa has 5 well-appointed bedrooms – two double bedrooms (with 1 double or 2 single beds), one single bedroom, one room with 1 double and 1 single beds, one room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa. Guests can access 3 bathrooms, which are fitted with standing shower. Master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and washing machine.
Lush garden surrounds the villa, offering plenty of space for kids to play, big palm and olive trees giving shade. In addition, there is an outdoor barbeque area with traditional stone built oven and dining area, so that guests can enjoy alfresco dining and family gatherings.
