Situated in a quiet neighborhood within just 20 m away from the beach, the house is fully fenced to guarantee privacy for the guests. Most of the necessary holiday amenities (shops, taverns, ATM) are available in the village nearby (1 km), however, car would be recommended for most convenience.
The house comprises of 2 levels and accommodates up to 6 guests. It is constructed of high-quality materials, measuring about 150 sq. m. Interiors are very bright and airy, simply, yet cozy decorated in white color scheme with many windows. Both levels are equipped with air-conditioning and heating systems.
Ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room area with sofas and fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. WIFI and TV provided. Kitchen comes with all appliances, crockery and cutlery you may need when cooking - microwave, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, cutlery and crockery. Same level offers 1 bathroom with shower cabin and opens to a furnished terrace.
The first floor contains 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, the third comes with two singles. Guests share 1 bathroom (equipped with shower).
In the garden, behind the house, there is a covered barbeque area with traditional oven, also a parking place.
