Villa is built in Kassandra in a complex of 10 houses just 50 m from the beautiful sandy beach. There is a swimming pool in the complex and private pier for all kind of yachts and boats and available for all the guests. The villas have 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The villas are located directly on the coastline and provide a magnificent view of the seaside from each villa and access to the private sandy beach, equipped with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. To please the guests and kids there are 600 sq m garden and 3000 sq m green lawn in front of the beach.
The villas are approximately 105 - 130 sq m, air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standards in order to provide you an amazing vacation experience. In the living room there is an LCD TV with satellite receiver and a DVD player. Internet Wi-Fi, stereo CD player and Radio Tuner also provided. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Each villa has a private garden with garden furniture and barbeque.
