Local taverns, bars and shops are also in easy reach. For those, who prefer active holidays – there are watersports facilities on the beach.
The villa has just been renovated to ensure the guests will experience most comfort when stay. It comprises of three levels and can accommodate a large family or a group of 12.
The lowest level in the garden includes two bedrooms with queen size bed and a private bathroom each. Rooms have direct access to the garden.
Upper level, which is by the pool features main entrance and hosts a large living room with fireplace and comfy sofas by the fireplace, suitable for 12 guests. This area is incorporated with the dining area and has floor-to-ceiling windows with view towards the sea. Next to is the kitchen with modern appliances and cooking tools and a laundry room. Same floor has 3 bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 guest bedrooms with a queen size bed, also fitted with private bathroom.
The very top floor is occupied with a bedroom and a bathroom.
Outdoor facilities offer plenty of space in the garden, by the pool and shaded terraces. Swimming pool measures 63 sq. m. with pool shower, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor sofa are for ultimate comfort. Guests can relax here any time of the day – swim and sunbath in the morning and dine alfresco in the evening. Covered terrace, which adjoins the villa on pool level, has large tables and plenty of chairs, so that all guests can gather up.
In addition, there is a SPA are with steam room and workout equipment at guests disposal. There is also a changing room, shower and WC. Large parking space in the garden can host up to 8 cars.
