This villa consists of two levels and comfortably lodges maximum 8 persons. Villa’s main entrance is on the ground floor via private car park. Ground floor includes 3 bedrooms – 2 twin bedded, 1 with a double bed. Each room ha air-conditioner installed, decorated with simple modern furnishings in light colors and have a private bathroom (with tub or shower). Some rooms have a patio door that opens onto the swimming pool area or facing the garden.
The upper floor is accessed via staicase features large open plan lounge, which incorporates sitting area by the fireplace with TV, dining zone and a kitchen, which has been equipped with full range of cooking tools and crockery.
Also this level offers 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a separate WC. There is also access to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation and a separate area with a built-in barbeque. WIFI internet available throughout the villa.
An infinity swimming pool is at the lower level, with large tiled deck complemented with sun loungers, umbrellas. Ideal for a refreshing dip during hot summer day. For those, who prefer sea – nice beach is literally few steps away!
