Two neighboring villas offer comfortable accommodation for families during their holidays in Crete. Villas stand independently and do not share any facilities. Set in a tranquil village in the north-east of the island, villa grant direct access to the sea and are within 15 minutes’ drive to Heraklion and the airport. The neighborhood has a good selection of shops, taverns and cafes, so car is not essential.
This ground level villas feature similar layout with private terraces and entrance. Depending on the group size you may choose between a three and five-bedroom villa.
Villa CRT436 is suitable for 6-8 guests with its 3 bedrooms (furnished with a double or twin beds). One of the bedrooms has private bathroom (equipped with shower), other two share a common shower room. Two more guests can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Lounge comes with a fireplace, large TV, piano and a dining table for eight. Large windows open to the main terrace with fantastic view over the Mediterranean.
Modernly equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-cooking – fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, full set of crockery and cutlery.
Outdoors, there is a stone-built oven to make delicious barbeque and enjoy open-air dining with friends or family
Villa CRT437 is more spacious and lodges up to 12-14 guests. Here you can find 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower at your disposal. Living room incorporates sitting area with sofas (can be used as extra beds for 2), fireplace and TV, a dining zone and a kitchen with full range of cooking tools and appliances. Just like CRT436, this villa has broad windows facing the sea with access to a furnished terrace.
Barbeque area outdoors has a wood-fire oven and accessories to ensure guests comfort when dining alfresco.
