Thanks to its location, villa provides quick to the beach, only 10 minutes’ walk. Yet car recommended to enjoy most convenient stay. Nearest amenities (shops, taverns) could be found in a village, which is 1,5 km from the villa. For wider choice of shopping and dining, you can take a quick drive to Chania city (20 km).
This villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, measuring 360 sq. m. living space covering two levels. Air-conditioning installed in the bedrooms, floor feature heating system to ensure comfortable temperature anytime of the year. Also, there is a fireplace.
At guests’ service, villa offers 4 bedrooms. These are 2 double bedded rooms and 2 rooms with twin beds. Three bathrooms available for the guests and provide bath towels, toiletries and hairdryers. In addition, you can use washing machine, ironing set to take care of the clothes.
Villa’s centerpiece is a large open plan living room, a dining area and big modern kitchen, equipped with full set of cooking tools and crockery – oven, stove, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and set of cutlery, plates, glassware.
Flat screen TV with satellite reception and WIFI internet access available too for entertainment.
The villa boasts private swimming pool with tiled deck and sunbeds for maximum comfort. There is a fence around the pool for security. For our little guests, there is a huge green lawn to play. Besides, there is an outdoor area with dining set and barbeque facilities for the guests to gather up for an alfresco dinner during the sunset.
The residence is very secluded, with private parking area.
