This private villa for rent stands on vast gated grounds, in the north-east of Crete, in a very picturesque area. Perfect place for family vacations or holidays with friends in Greece. It accommodates up to 8 guests and is located only few hundred meters away from a resort area with beach and a good choice of taverns and bars. Within 5 minutes’ drive from the villa, there is another town with wider choice of dining and shopping facilities. Heraklion airport is only 20 minutes away by car.
Villa consists of 2 levels, air-conditioned and centrally heated. Interiors are very bright and airy, tastefully furnished with traditional wooden furniture, vaulted ceilings and many windows.
Kitchen is modernly equipped and is very convenient for self-cooking, includes electric hob/oven, fridge-freezer, full set of crockery and utensils. Laundry facilities provided. Same level houses a siting area with sofas, TV and WIFI internet access for guests to relax. Indoor dining table sits eight, while there is more space outside on the terrace.
At guests’ service, there are 3 bedrooms in the villa, among them 2 double beds, 1 set of twin beds. Two-three more guests can be accommodated in the lounge on the sofas. Villa is served by 2 bathrooms – one has a shower, another comes with a hydromassage tub.
Outdoor facilities offer plenty of space in the garden for kids to play (special area with slides organized). For alfresco dining , there is a special barbeque area in the garden, shaded for most convenience.
Car hire is not essential, however we suggest rent one for the most convenient stay to explore the island and move around the neighborhood. Crete boasts amazing beaches with crystal waters, delicious local cuisine and multi-cultural heritage. Have a nice holiday!
