It accommodates up to 18 guests and is situated within 15 minutes by foot or a short drive from a seaside village with organized sandy beach and couple choice of taverns. Within 5 minutes’ drive from the villa, there is a vibrant city of Chania with wider choice of dining, entertainment and shopping facilities.
Villa comes in three levels; with total living area of 440 sq. m. Fully air-conditioned and heated, villa offers ultimate comfort any time of the year.
Main middle floor welcomes the guests with a main lounge, which extends onto a terrace via panoramic sliding doors and offers great sea views. Here is a cozy sitting area with three sofas for 12 pax, 50” LCD TV by the fireplace. Wireless internet access provided throughout the villa. Further is a dining area for eight guests and a 45 sq. m. kitchen. Kitchen comes with an everyday dining set and all modern appliances, tableware and glassware – all you need when staying. Same level has guest WC.
Upper floor contains the master bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom and attic. Guests access a large veranda surrounding this level, comfortably furnished to enjoy the magnificent views of the gardens and the bay.
The lower level of the villa is split in two areas and comprises of 7 bedrooms in total, 5 luxury bathrooms as well as 2 comfortable sitting rooms with TV. This are 2 double, 2 semi-double and 2 twin rooms, facing either garden or the pool. Two rooms have a personal marble bathroom with tub, lavishly complemented with toiletries and towels, other rooms share 2 more bathrooms (shower).
Surrounded by a lush garden villa also has a playground for kids with swings, slides and an equipped barbeque area with pergola and outdoor dining area. Moreover, guests can enjoy unique moments by a private swimming pool of 60 sq. m. with huge deck. Sun loungers and umbrellas provided. Ideal place for relaxation any time of the day – swim and sunbath in the morning, relax in the afternoon, and dine alfresco in the evening.
Car for rent is highly recommended for the most convenient stay to explore the island. There are numerous beaches with crystal waters to visit, enjoying splendid natural landscapes and sun, hundreds of local taverns serving authentic Greek cuisine.
