There is a nice beach within 3-4 minutes’ walk from the villa. Local taverns, bars and shops are also in easy reach. Although car hire is recommended to visit Heraklion for entertainment and shopping.
The villa is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, so the guests will experience most comfort when stay. It comprises of two buildings connected via an outdoor terrace with barbeque area, both units have air-conditioning and a central heating, a fireplace. The villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests. The first building houses a kitchen with all modern amenities and set of crockery, glassware, dining set. There is also a cozy living area with a fireplace, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom on the upper floor. From the balcony of the first floor, you can observe great views of sea or mountains. The second building also features two levels with a lounge, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. First floor has 1 more bedroom, opening to a balcony.
For guests’ most comfort, there are satellite TV’s in each building, wireless internet access and alarm system for safety. Outdoors guests can use a private swimming pool of 25 sq. m., sun loungers provided are for ultimate comfort. Guests can relax here any time of the day – swim and sunbath in the morning and dine alfresco in the evening. Covered terrace, which adjoins both buildings, has large table and full range of cooking amenities, so that all guests can gather up and enjoy their meal.
