Villa comprises of three levels:
The lower ground level has 2 bedrooms with a double or twin beds, both fully air-conditioned, with TV and ensuite bathroom. There is also a living room, comfortable furnished, with home cinema for entertainment. Besides, for those who keep fit – a private gym is available. Also, there is one more common bathroom and a laundry room.
The first floor houses a spacious living room with large sofas, armchairs, audio-visual system – ideal to relax, enjoying the breathtaking views. The sitting area is linked to dining room and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with high-end appliances and cooking tools. In addition, this level has a bathroom and a mini-office.
On the top floor, guests can find 4 bedrooms: 1 master with ensuite bathroom, 1 double bedded room with individual bathroom and 2 more guestroom sharing a bathroom (fitted with 1 double and 1 single bed).All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with TV and air-conditioning, facing the Cretan sea. A wide balcony surrounds this floor, so that each bedroom can access it directly.
Outdoor private swimming pool is complemented with sun loungers and umbrellas on the deck. Being located on the lower floor of the residence, it ensures quiet and secluded rest on the villa. Because the villa stands in a private complex, villa’s guests are granted with the access to common swimming pool and private beach (both observed by lifeguards and under 24-hrs. surveillance).
