Within just 100 meters from an organized beach, with shallow waters, among landscaped garden and view to sea and mountains, this villa is a perfect choice for families traveling with kids. The area is very quiet and relaxing, with essential holiday facilities within just walking distance – small shops, taverns, cafeterias. 
Villa consists of three levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. Completely surrounded with walls, standing among the landscaped garden, it guarantees privacy and rest to its guests.
The basement includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for 6 guests. For safety reasons, it has a door, separating it from the rest house, as there is an indoor swimming pool and hammam.
The ground floor hosts the main living area, where up to 10 guests can conveniently relax by the fireplace, dining room, which sits 8 and main kitchen. It also comes with full range of necessary cooking tools for meals preparation on guests’ own. The floor of the lounge is partially made of glass, so that you can watch the indoor pool. Separate guest WC is located on this level. From here, wide patio doors open onto the shaded terrace and to the outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds around.
Top level houses 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of them with a Jacuzzi). Bedrooms are fitted with with ample wardrobes for storage, one double or two single beds, air-conditioned.
Villa has been designed and built according to all modern standards and due to its thick walls, it stays cool in summer and warm during winter months, so that it could be rented year round. The villa is situated on a quiet spot ideal for relaxing holidays, however if you want enjoy the vibrant nightlife, endless beaches, authentic Greek cuisine, all the facilities are just within 15-20 minutes’ drive away!
