Villa consists of three levels, connected with an elevator. Interiors are decorated according to contemporary style, the interiors are very bright and airy due to floor-to-ceiling windows and comfy furnishings of earthy colors. Each piece of furniture and décor is carefully selected to combine homey atmosphere like home.
The lower level consists of a spacious living room with comfy couches by the fireplace, 2 master-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. Here you can also find a gym area with sauna and hammam, staff unit and laundry room. This level opens into a small internal garden.
Main ground floor offers main lounge with big corner sofa, dining area for 12 persons and an open plan modern kitchen with full set of cooking tools and appliances, bar area. Doors lead out to the sea view veranda. For entertainment, there is a widescreen LCD TV and internet access provided.
On the top floor of the villa, there are 2 more master-bedrooms at guests’ service. Each one has its individual bathroom and access to a sunny balcony.
Villa is complemented by a private infinity edge swimming pool, with sunbeds around for most convenience. Ideal for a refreshing dip during hot summer day. Shaded lounge with comfortable seating and long dining table, outdoor kitchen with barbeque equipment provided to enjoy relaxing moments.
