This villa has very minimalistic design, modern equipment and is a perfect place to stay for those, seeking for comfortable stay away from it all. For athletes and those, who prefer to keep fit even on vacations- it is a real paradise. Villa has private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and wide range of training equipment in the gym. Villa comprises of two levels, both very bright and airy due to the spacious windows, glass walls and high ceilings.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room with dining area. Comfortable couches, smart satellite TV and wireless internet access provided for ultimate comfort. In addition, for music lovers, there is a piano. On the same level there is a shower room and 1 double bedroom (accessible for wheelchair).
Internal glass staircase leads up to the first floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, sharing a common bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV’s, ample wardrobes, individually controlled air-conditioning unit and exit onto a private balcony. Upon guests’ needs, the beds can convert into double beds or twin beds.
One of the main villa’s features is a 35 sq. m. gym room. Here you can work out as a professional with use of: treadmill, cross trainer, box station with boxing bag, various free weights. To relax there is a sauna and a Jacuzzi available.
The outdoor swimming pool measures 30 sq. m. with depth varied from 0,45 to 1,5 m, where both adults and children can have fun, splashing and sunbathing. Barbeque area complements the garden, with stylish furniture to relax and also a dining table and chairs for the alfresco meals. Private parking contains up to 3 cars.
