Fully equipped and comfortably furnished, this area has TV, CD and DVD player, internet access. This are exits to a fantastic covered terrace with dining table for 12 people. Kitchen comes with full set of crockery and cooking tools.
Same floor has 3 bedrooms, all with twin beds, sharing 2 bathrooms.
Upper floor contains 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom with separate dressing room and a bathroom features private covered terrace with lovely big balcony overlooking the sea .
Two guest bedrooms have double beds, individual bathroom each. Shared large balcony overlooks the tennis courts, garden and countryside.
In the basement is a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board / iron and vacuum cleaner. Below the stairs there is plenty space for luggage storage.
Villa is complemented with a large covered terrace, which has a dining area for 12 - ideal for resting or dining “al fresco” with great view to the gardens and the sea. In addition, barbeque equipment and accessories provided.
Beautiful private swimming pool (infinity edge) with kids’ section – available. Deck around has many sunlougers, umbrellas and outdoor shower for most convenience. Those who prefer sea – can reach the beach within just few minutes!
Whole area is fenced, equipped with automated gates to ensure security and privacy. Other areas include green garden and a professional tennis court. Shaded parking can host 3 cars.
