Two cozy summer villas offered for rent in the central part of Crete. Located in very secluded neighborhood, among the hills and mountains, villas guarantee absolute privacy and seclusion to the guests. Car is essential when staying as it takes about 10-15 minutes’ drive to get to the beach and Heraklion. However, you can still find couple of local taverns and shops around.
Villas belong to one estate, but are totally independent, ready to host up to 5-7 guests. Each house comes with air-conditioning and heating systems to ensure comfortable stay. Interiors feature traditional style with wooden furniture, beamed ceilings, iron and stone elements.
Each villa has a large living room, incorporating the kitchen and dining area. There are comfortable sofas with TV by the fireplace, CD/ DVD player for entertainment and relaxation. Wireless internet access provided for most convenience. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and tools for self-cooking – fridge, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, cutlery and crockery.
CRT422 villa consists of 3 bedrooms, all are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has one double bed and ensuite bathroom, guest rooms have one double and one single beds accordingly. Two guest bedrooms share 1 common bathroom. Suitable for 5 pax maximum.
CRT423 accommodates 7 guests. It has 3 bedrooms in the main house: 1 master bedroom with individual bathroom and 2 single bedroom with one common bathroom. Extra space could be found in the attic: one above the master bedroom with a single bed and one above the single bedroom with two single beds.
Private swimming pool complements each villa with a landscaped garden around full of olive, fruit trees and flowers. At guests' disposal - a traditional barbeque oven is available, so that whole family can gather up for open-air dining.
