Villa has been fully renovated in 2014 and equipped with both air-conditioning, heating system. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining set for eight persons, opening to a large balcony for you to enjoy the views. The living room is a few steps down on the left and features a fireplace, board games, LED TV, iPod dock station, DVD and stereo for entertainment. WIFI internet access available throughout the villa. On the same floor, 1 twin bedroom with private balcony and 1 shower room is also located.
Internal stairs leads to the upper floor, there are 3 more bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third has twin beds. These bedrooms share 1 large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. In addition, each room has its private balcony facing the sea and surroundings.
Depending on your group size, extra studio can be rented. It is suitable for 4 guests offering 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds. It also has a shower room, kitchenette and a sitting corner. The studio is only booked together with the villa.
Outdoor area has all you need for relaxing vacations. There is a private swimming pool, which measures 80 sq. m. Depth varies from 0.8 to 1.8 m, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas complement the deck. In addition, outdoor grill available for the guests to cook delicious barbeque and enjoy dinners followed by perfect weather.
