Villa is located in the North east part of island, a very spacious and comfortable villa on 800 m2 in total with sea-view terraces abound and has a pool which offers watery pleasures. Despite the close proximity to the sea and the buzzing centres of Lefkada Town and Nidri, you may end up venturing out very rarely indeed.
Villa is spread over 2 floors. The Upper floor is home to a large, open-plan living area with a fabulous sea view and kitchen-diner which has a mountain view. Next to the kitchen which is well equipped with all necessary staff for Self-catering needs, you will find a small wintergarden with cozy armchairs which has an overwhelming sea view. The wintergarden and the spacious living room provide an access to a large terrace running along the front of the house.
A corridor leads from the hall to 2 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom. They are equipped with double beds with en-suite bathrooms with a bathtube whereas the masterbedroom has a jaccuzi with hydromassage which is situated in the middle of the room. All three bedrooms have an access to the terrace which has a superb view on the Ionian Sea and the mountains of the mainland. A guest bathroom complete the accommodation on this floor.
There is a direct access from the First floor to the basement. The basement consists of 2 parts: the part with 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtube and the part with a spacious Gaming room with table Tennis, billiard table, a small gym and the laundry room. There is also another bathroom with a tube. Two of the bedrooms have a side seaview and lead to the BBQ area. The other two bedrooms lead to a panoramic sea facing terrace. All bedrooms have double beds.
