The house comprises of two levels and lodges maximum 8-10 persons.
It comprises of a spacious bright living area with panoramic windows and beamed ceilings, conveniently furnished, with TV, DVD player and fireplace. There are few sitting zones with access to a covered terrace. Next to the lounge you can find a formal dining area. Fully fitted kitchen offers all the modern appliances and utensils you might need for self-cooking. Alternatively, catering is available on request, so you can totally relax and enjoy vacations.
Villa has 4 bedroom, which are all located on the lower level. Each bedroom comes with a double bed, ample wardrobes/ cabinets, tastefully furnished. Three of the bedrooms have private bathroom and access to the terrace. Also, there is 1 guests WC in the villa.
Villa boasts a huge private swimming pool with expansive deck, sunbeds and umbrellas for guests to relax and enjoy the views. Couple of outdoor dining areas have plenty of space for the whole family gathering and alfresco dining. Barbeque equipment provided.
The villa stands in a short distance from the airport and within 10 minutes’ drive from the port and main town with wide choice of shopping, dining and entertainment. From the port you can make a day trip to the neighboring Cycladic islands.
