Located in the very east of Peloponnese, a private villa offers comfortable accommodation during summer holidays. It stands in a large garden with palms, granting complete privacy and seclusion. This exclusive property is located right on the beach and in walking distance from couple of taverns. For most convenience, car is essential. Nearest village with holiday facilities is approximately 15 minutes away. In addition, guests can take a trip to the Porto Heli town (30 km), which is famous for numerous entertainment, dining, water sports and many more. Athens airport is 2 hrs away by car.
The villa comprises of a main villa and a beach house, which literally stands on the beach. This villa can accommodate 8-9 guests. The main house has 4 bedrooms with spacious storage units - 2 rooms with one double bed, 2 rooms with twin beds. In addition, there is a lounge area, dining zone and kitchen, which has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, set of crockery and cutlery. Beach house is totally independent and has its own kitchen, bathroom and a sofa, which can be used as a bed.
In the garden, there is a barbeque area and dining set, so the guests can gather up for open-air dining and enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation, lots of space for kids to play have fun in the garden.
Villa is located within easy reach of beautiful beaches (some offer watersport facilities. A “boat taxi” cruises available between the harbor in Porto Heli and cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Hydra. It only takes 10-20 minutes to get there. Famous archaeological sites of Epidaurus and Mycenae is about 1-1,5 hour drive.
