A luxurious villa by the beach offered for rent in a quiet neighborhood in the south of Peloponnese. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the sea with spectacular views towards Hydra island. Villa perfectly fits for large families or big group of friends and can host from 16 to 24 guests. Residence features Mediterranean design with 1 main building and 3 separate houses around a scenic swimming pool with plenty of common lounge areas and terraces for relaxation.
Residence includes 2 fully equipped kitchens, ample formal dining area, lounging area and 8 big bedrooms, each one with private bathroom. Six of them additionally have a kitchenette. All the bedrooms come with air conditioning and sofas, convertible into an extra bed, good for kids.
During the day, guests are welcome to play tennis, billiard or soccer (5 x 5 m field), have a walk in the vineyard or visit animal farm (just 200 m away) and ride horses. Exclusive for residents of the villa, there are complimentary daily fresh products provided from the farm.
Residence has plenty of outdoor terraces, measuring about 500 sq. m. in total, with shaded and sunny lounges, equipped barbeque areas and of course a large swimming pool in the center. Sunbeds and umbrellas complement the pool for most comfort during the hot summer.
Complimentary equipment to play basketball, do snorkeling provided. There are also beach rackets and boards games available. The beach in front of the villa has very limited access to the public so it is very secluded.
The beautiful, spacious luxury villa is located just opposite of the islands of Hydra and Dokos, where you can go for a day trip, 30-40 minutes by boat. Spetses is also in easy easy reach. Cosmopolitan resorts are in about 20 minutes’ drive away, offering wide range of shops, taverns and restaurants.
