The Villa 1 is 150 sq m and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, two living-rooms and two dining rooms. Two separated kitchens, one on each floor, are fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, small appliances and dinnerware.
Each living room has its own TV and DVD player, internet access and all the facilities, necessary to create a fully functioning environment for relaxed living. There is also a fireplace on each level, making Villa 1 a perfect choice for a winter holiday.
All bedrooms have TVs and air-conditioning. One of them is en suite. In the living rooms there is also a sofa that turns into a double bed. Moreover, there are two build-in sofas. Total capacity of Villa 1 is 7 people in bedrooms and another 7 people in two living rooms.
The first level leads to sea-view veranda that is a best place for friendly talk or romantic time. There is a parking space (indoor and outdoor) and a barbecue place right next to the private beach.
The Villa 2 is 60 sq m, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The house is designed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
The main area consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, small appliances and dinnerware), a dining room and a living room with TV, sound system, Wi-Fi Internet and DVD player.
