A private stone-built villa, located in the south-east coast of Rhodes Island, available for rent. With its elevated position, villa grants great views of the sea and surroundings. Villa stands detached, with just few neighboring houses, giving privacy and relaxation to the guests. There is a nice beach within 15 minutes’ walk from the villa. Local taverns, bars and shops are also in easy reach, only 400 m away.
The villa is simply, yet cozy furnished to ensure the guests will experience most comfort when stay. It can accommodate up to 5 guests, and comes with air-conditioning, WIFI internet access, game console and private swimming pool.
Villas opens with a lounge area, which flows into the dining room and kitchen via an arch hallway. Kitchen has been fully equipped with modern appliances and all necessary crockery items for self-cooking. This area features big patio doors, leading out to an outdoor dining area – perfect for breakfast with a sea view.
At guests’ service, there are 2 bedrooms, each one with a double bed. For most convenience, villa provides 2 bathrooms equipped with tub and shower accordingly. In addition, laundry facilities available (washing machine, ironing set).
Paved deck around the pool is complemented with few sun loungers and portable grill equipment to arrange alfresco family gatherings.
Car is not necessary, all the facilities could be easily reached on foot. However, you need one if you would like to explore Corfu island with its numerous secluded beaches, picturesque authentic villages and sightseeing spots.
