Cozy family villa, modernly equipped offers all facilities for comfortable holidays in the south-east of Rhodes. Situated in a quiet neighborhood within just 2 minutes’ walk only from a nice beach, villa is fully fenced to guarantee privacy for the guests. Most of the necessary holiday amenities (shops, taverns, cafes) are in walking distance, however, car would be recommended for most convenience.
Villa comprises of 2 levels and accommodates up to 6 guests. It measures about 139 sq. m. Architectural design is traditional Greek with white walls, wooden roofed terraces and balconies, blue windows. Inside, villa features contemporary style, equipped at highest standards and fully furnished. All rooms of the villa have air-conditioning units.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room area with fireplace, big corner sofa and another futon sofa bed, which converts into a double bed. For entertainment, there is a big flat screen TV, WIFI internet access. Same floor has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen comes with all appliances, crockery and cutlery you may need when cooking - microwave, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery. Dining table sits six. Alternatively, guests can enjoy open-air meals on the terrace.
First floor contains 2 bedrooms, both offer double beds, built-in wardrobes, safety boxes, TV’s and balconies. Guests share 2 bathrooms (shower).
Villa is complemented with a barbeque area, so that guests can enjoy cooking delicious dinner outdoors, followed by a panoramic sea view. Moreover, guests of the villa have access to a communal swimming pool, which is just around the corner. Ideal for refreshing dip during hot summer time.
The surrounding area has a wide range of activities – swimming, fishing, scuba diving, water sports, various dining places. Besides, this villa is very close to the famous Lindos Acropolis, St. Paul’s Bay. Both Rhodes town and the airport are approximately 40 minutes away by car.
