The location of the villa is very convenient as it is just 500 meters from Oia center. Outside the villa there is a parking area, bus stop, markets and restaurants. The House is fully white decoration concept that combines traditional architecture with minimal and contemporary design. There is an external Jacuzzi mini pool for 6 persons available under a shaded veranda in the main court yard with fabulous view to the caldera and the village of Oia.
This lovely villa consists of three levels (main, upper and lower), which can be united into one villa for a big family/group of friends or two separated houses.
MAIN HOUSE
The main cave House consists of two levels:
On the upper level there is a large traditional cave house furnished with antiques. It consists of a luxury master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite vanity marble bathroom curved into the rock with a Jacuzzi bathtub and photocell power taps, a living room with built sofas and an antique wooden table, a separate dining area with an antique massive wooden table and sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the living area a few stairs take you up to a small sitting area with a sofa bed and window with fantastic sea views.
On the lower level , an apartment shows how people in Santorini exploited any available space and lived (and still do) in this amazing and unique cliff island.
This lower level consists of a small living area, a kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware, a small WC with shower and a double bed nested in the window of the cave. The cave atmosphere of this lower level gives a special and romantic atmosphere. It is connected with interior stairs with the rest of the house or through a separate main entrance.
The lower level is perfect for a romantic get-away, a holiday with 2 couples or a small group of friends. Using the sofa beds it can accommodate parties up to 6 persons.
UPPER LEVEL APARTMENT
The separate apartment and is connected to House villa. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC with shower and a wooden loft bedroom which really gives the idea of flying over the wonderful village of Oia. The loft has windows in the front and in the ceiling where you can see the stars and the moon from your bed using the ceiling windows or watch the sea and the village from the front windows. Situated on the highest altitude point of the village it can offer unforgettable view and unique memories. There is also a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the volcano. Please note White Loft cannot be rented by itself.
The upper level Apartment, can accommodate 2 persons in the double bed on the loft and possibly one extra adult or 2 kids in the living area.
