An exclusive villa-residence offered for rent. It stands in one of the most picturesque areas of Zakynthos, north of the island, overlooking the sea. It is built just by the sea, immersed in lush garden with plenty of trees, providing peace and seclusion to the guests. In front of the villa, there is a semi-private rocky beach, seldom used by others. The nearest sandy beach, restaurants, bars, cafeterias and minimarkets are in 5 minutes’ drive from the villa.
The villa comprises of three levels, accommodating up to 22 guests at the same time.
On the ground floor, there is a huge spacious lounge, incorporating dining area. For ultimate comfort, there are cozy sofas, billiard table and TV with home cinema. The living room is linked with a fully equipped kitchen. This whole area exits on to a shaded terrace. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms (with a double and a single bed), 1 bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Same level houses the utility and storage rooms.
Stairs lead up to the first floor, which has 6 double bedrooms, each one with private bathroom and access onto the sunny balcony.
The second floor offers 3 more bedrooms – 2 double, 1 single. Each one has an individual bathroom, tastefully furnished and ample wardrobes for storage.
Generously sized deck around the pool is complemented with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a shaded lounge, adjoining the villa with dining table and barbeque equipment provided to cook the delicious meals and dine alfresco.
Additionally, there is a huge parking space for up to 5 cars and a basketball court.
