Located in a private neighborhood in the north-west of Crete, offered for rent a spacious villa, which is a perfect place for summer vacations in Greece. Villa provides all modern comforts, followed by high level of services. It stands in a large garden, well maintained with green manicured lawns, cypress and palm trees. Nearest beach is just 2 minutes away by car or within a short stroll, while all necessary shopping, dining and entertainment facilities could be found in Chania town (9 km away).
Villa consists of 2 levels, conveniently accommodating maximum of 9 guests. There are two entrances in the villa, so it is an ideal option for two families travelling together, who want to get some privacy. Its ground floor includes 2 bedrooms (one double, one triple), sharing 1 bathroom with shower, also there is the main lounge – it incorporates an open plan living room with cozy sofas, TV, dining table for 8 and a kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with full range of tools, appliances and crockery for self-cooking. DVD player and wireless internet access provided for most comfort.
On the first floor, there is a secondary living room with a fireplace, overlooking the sea. Modern kitchen and dining area at your disposal. Guests share 3 bedrooms, where the first one comes with a double bed and a private bathroom, the second has two single beds and private bathroom and the third bedroom is a single.
Villas highlight is a private pool of 40 sq. m. with sun loungers, where you can sunbath and relax. In addition, guests can use barbeque facilities and enjoy alfresco meals. For our little guests there is plenty of space to play, swings.
Car essential when staying for exploring the island and neighborhood, visiting numerous beaches, villages and picturesque cities. Chania, which is very close to the villa and is the island’s second biggest city. Here you will find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, clubs, shops and of course interesting sightseeing. Besides, go to see the world-famous Knossos Palace, archaeological sites in Phaistos, getting close to the Greek history. Come to crete for unforgettable memories!
