Set in the east part of Kefalonia, in a key location, this small complex (KEF067, KEF068) of two cozy villas boasts amazing panoramic views of the countryside. It has been recently completed and now provides great services to its guests. Both villas feature the same facilities, just the furnishing varies.

The ground level has a big living area with kitchen and dining table for six persons. Two sofas in the living are could be used as additional sleeping place for 2. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped for self-cooking. A WC is also on this floor.
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor sharing a large bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, another – two single beds. Both room are spacious, tastefully furnished with ample storage place.
The outdoor area boasts a private swimming pool (4 x 8 m) with sunbeds around for guests’ most comfort. There is also a lounge terrace with dining table and a stone-built barbeque to cook the delicious meals.
The nearest town of Sami is a beautiful coastal town and the second largest port of Kefalonia, serving daily trips to Patra, Ithaca and Italy. It is a perfect destination for your summer holidays in Greece. The main coastal road consists of modern amenities, shops and nice cafes. It is a lovely spot to dine overlooking the busy port.
The area is home to some of the most interesting monasteries and sights of the island like the monastery of Agrilia, Drogarati caves and underground lakes. During summer, you can also check out some interesting cultural events and local festivities, concerts and theatrical performances.
