Villa is a cozy spacious villa in south east of Rhodes, which offers all modern facilities and comforts for relaxing holidays. This villa stands within just 20 m away from a nice pebble beach, which is almost private and very quiet. Sunbeds provided. Car hire is necessary for most convenience stay in order to have quick access to the neighboring resorts, Rhodes town (about 40 minutes’ drive) and island’s most exciting places of interest.
Villa measures 120 sq. m., consisting of three levels and accommodates maximum 8 guests. Main entrance is at the middle level, which leads to a sitting area and open plan kitchen. This level is very bright and airy due to wide windows opening to a balcony. Kitchen has full set of cooking tools and appliances you may need, dining table sits six. Alternatively, there is also an outdoor dining set. Same floor has 1 bathroom (shower) and 2 bedrooms – with one double and two single beds accordingly. For entertainment, there is a TV with satellite channels and WIFI internet access.
On the villa’s top floor, there is 1 master bedroom with double bed, small sitting area (sleeps 2 children) and individual bathroom with shower. Balcony offers great sea views.
On the lower level of the house, there is a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV and sitting area with panoramic windows.
The outdoor facilities offer a large dining area zone with barbeque equipment. Perfect for open-air meals or family gatherings when enjoying the view and fresh air. There is also outdoor shower available in the garden.
