The villa consists of two levels with its higher-level offered for rent, measuring about 145 sq. m. This floor can accommodate up to five people. Fully furnished and equipped there are 2 bedrooms at disposal fitted with double bed, 2 bathrooms. Extra person can sleep on the sofa-bed in the spacious living room, which incorporates the dining room and kitchen. Here you can find plasma TV set with satellite channels and DVD, wireless internet access provided. Kitchen comes equipped with all necessary electrical appliances for self-cooking. Wide sliding glass doors lead outdoors to the adjoining terraces, comfortably furnished for open-air dining and rest, barbeque facilities provided.
On the lower level, there is an apartment, where the owners stay, providing the services to the guests. This level also has laundry facilities at guests’ perusal.
There is no swimming pool on premises, however, you can always relax in the outdoor hot tub on one of the terraces. The nearest beach is in 12 minutes’ drive only, so it is very easy to reach. Within the same time, you can get to the Skiathos town with plenty of shops, dining and entertainment options. Within 2-3 hours of a leisurely walk you can get to the Monastery of Evagelistia, St. Dimitrios and historical churches of St. Apostolos, St. Charalambos.
To vary your holidays, from the port of Skiathos, you can make day tours to neighboring Skopelos and Alonissos, the other islands of Sporades.
