Two villas for rent ZAK005 and ZAK067, neighboring and at the same totally independent – are located in the southeast of Zakynthos, in one of the most popular areas, within walking distance from a long sandy beach. It is one a very beautiful beach well known for being visited by endangered sea turtles Caretta Caretta during the summer. Each villa has total living area of 300 sq. m., accommodating up to 10 guests. Villas have similar design and layout, surrounded with a vast lawn, fully fenced with stone wall, to ensure privacy and seclusion. Many trees planted along the fence – palm and pine trees, with neat green lawns. Both villas have a private swimming pool, complemented with sunbeds and umbrellas for most comfort. Little guests have their own pool section with shallow waters. In addition, open air dining area provides a barbeque oven to make grill dinner in the garden.
Each house offers 4 large bedrooms, tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned, with private balcony. All fitted with a double bed. Guests share three bathrooms, with a bathtub or shower. One of them also has a Jacuzzi for relaxing.
Big kitchen has been fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for convenient self-cooking. It is incorporated with the lounge area, with few sofas by the fireplace, cable TV and home cinema. Dining area is also located on the same floor. Wireless internet available throughout the whole property to make the stay more comfortable.
An interior staircase leads down to the basement, where there is a garage, equipped with an automated door, which is safe when staying with small children. Moreover, there is a security camera at the main entrance and alarm installed for careless vacations.
