Villa SKT006 is built in to two levels, measuring about 157 sq. m. and it perfectly fits for a group of 8 persons.
The entrance is on the first floor, which leads into a huge open-plan space, which incorporates a fully equipped modern kitchen, floored with hand-crafted tiles, dining area and a sitting area. Here you can find comfortable sofas by the fireplace with TV, CD/DVD player and stereo system at your disposal. Wireless internet access provided for most convenience. This area is extremely airy and bright due to high vaulted ceilings, light colored walls and plenty of windows. Patio doors open onto the shaded terrace with dining set and astonishing sea views. Villa comes with both air-conditioning and central heating, so it is suitable for year round stay. This floor also has 1 double bedroom.
Internal staircase leads down to the ground floor, which has 3 more bedrooms. Each one is tastefully decorated, air-conditioned, fitted with high-quality COCO MAT mattresses to ensure deep sleep. Bedrooms come with one double or two single beds, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC.
Guests staying on the villa have their own private swimming pool, featuring hydromassage and an infinity edge merging the sea and overlooking the town of Skiathos. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for relaxation and sunbathing.
In the garden, each villa has an equipped area for barbeque with traditional oven, fridge, sink and spacious working surfaces, dining set. Perfect for alfresco family gatherings or romantic candle light dinners.
Apart from relaxing on the villa, highly recommended to take a journey around the island. Visit the Skiathos main town with picturesque harbour and excellent tourist facilities, go to the Bourtzi, a small peninsula with ruins of a Venetian fortress, check the former house of a famous author Alexandros Papadiamantis, Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary with its four museums and castle. If you like, you can also rent a boat and go along the sea coast or try out some exciting sea activities!
